Cancellation & Refund Policy

At V. K. Motors, we are committed to providing transparency and fairness in all transactions. Below is our policy regarding cancellation of services or transactions and any applicable refunds.

1. Inspection Requests / Appointments

  • Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance by contacting our support team.

  • No charges are levied for appointment cancellations.

2. Car Booking

  • Car bookings made in advance can be cancelled by the buyer before the payment is processed or vehicle is reserved.

  • In case of any token amount or advance payment, refunds are only applicable if cancellation is requested within 48 hours and the vehicle has not been held, transferred, or moved for delivery.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

3. Sale to V. K. Motors (Sellers)

  • Once the vehicle inspection is completed and a price is agreed upon, cancellations are not accepted unless mutually decided.

  • Documents submitted for ownership transfer are non-retractable after finalization.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Vehicles once sold and delivered to the buyer will not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless stated otherwise in the sale agreement.

  • Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered (e.g., vehicle pick-up, paperwork initiation).
